Designing a new business model

Design innovation can often create new business opportunities. Toshiba requested help coming up with a new strategy for their Internet of Things application and how it can be used in health care.

Our design team created a pitch for “Balance”, a health monitoring system for a inflection point. By providing a beautiful device that merges naturally in our daily lives, Toshiba can help worldwide customers sustain their own body balance.

I led design-led research and facilitated workshop as well as designed user journey / personas.
